Job Description:

  • • Entry level position
  • • Respond to customer requests via phone calls, emails, and Live Chats
  • • Place and modify online orders
  • • Provide product and service information
  • • Up sell products
  • • Handle level 1 technical support questions
  • • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • • Follow up on customer inquiries
  • • Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls
