Web Master/Programmer

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field from an accredited university

• • Experienced in web systems administration and customer support in a fast paced environment
• • Knowledge of the Unix operating system is also important, as is familiarity with Internet applications such as HTML, HTTP, and XML
• • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite ®
• • Fluent in web application and web hosting operations technology, concepts and dialect
• • Ability to program forms and implement scripts using languages such as HTML, C++, XML, Javascript, PHP, and SQL
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• • Team player that is flexible and can execute assigned tasks
• • Ability to adapt quickly

 

Job Description:

• • Interface with customers to understand requirements and deliver timely support
• • Manage online content for product launches, design changes, promotions and more
• • Ensure consistent branding through Seidio website
• • Frontend development of Seidio website
• • Troubleshoot problems that involve applications and networks
• • Monitoring performance to identify and help resolve hosting or application issues
• • Apply appropriate tools to analyze, identify and resolve technical problems
• • Follow/adapt quality control procedures to assure flawless deployments
• • Handle technical support questions
• • Perform other duties as assigned
