MARKETING MANAGER

 

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans with the objective of driving sales and profitability.


Requirements:


This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience. We are seeking a self-starter with a proactive approach to work, strong organizational skills that translate to the ability to develop and execute visionary marketing strategies while simultaneously managing tactical details, has previous sales experience or demonstrated understanding of the sales process, is internet savvy, proficient with MS Office applications and other marketing software, excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation skills, strong project management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:


The ideal candidate will be in charge of research, development, and implementation of new marketing initiatives. He/She will manage new product market introductions; develop marketing plans including budget projections, management of activities within budget requirements, and marketing plans to include direct mail, Internet marketing, public relations activities, conventions/trade shows, and advertising.
This person will also forecast, track, analyze and communicate ad campaign responses, manage the web contents, write product inserts, write and send bulk emails, and manage the design processes for collateral, presentations, and newsletters. He/She will develop and maintain an expert knowledge of the market, our customers and our competitor's strengths and weaknesses. In addition, this person will provide sales support/tools and work with the sales reps to develop strategies in order to grow sales and profits.
