September 2007 - Carrier Partnerships

Seidio has officially partnered AT&T and Verizon! Our holsters and batteries have recently been picked up by these major companies, so be looking for our products in your local retail outlet in the near future!

April 4th 2007 – CE Certification

Seidio’s Treo 680 and Treo 750 Extended Life batteries have received their CE certifications. This certification identifies hazards, assesses risks, and carries out all applicable tests to determine the appropriate measures to meet with CE regulations. All products that have been CE Certified are considered to be safe and hold no potential hazards or risks.

March 27th – 29th 2007 CTIA

Seidio represents itself in Orlando, FL this year at the CTIA. This show is restricted to manufacturers, distributors, and other volume buyers. It is also exclusively for the Wireless/Cellular Industry. Seidio’s booth was in the "Accessory Pavilion". As with other shows, the media came by often to take pictures and notes on upcoming releases and projects in development. However, since this show was not open to the public, it allowed more access to more exclusive projects and future plans. The CTIA proved to be a very successful show for Seidio, clenching meetings with big buyers such as Palm and Cingular.

March 5th 2007 – NAC Certification

Seidio’s Treo 680 and Treo 750 Extended Batteries have been NAC certified to be 100% compatible with Palm products. The NAC certification deems that these batteries are up to the standards of Palm and Cingular in safety and performance as well. Seidio’s other extended batteries are made in very similar ways with the same materials to be as reliable and safe as possible.

January 8th – 11th 2007 CES

Seidio partakes in the famous Consumer Electronics Show. The CES is the largest electronics show in the world, allowing end users to see the upcoming products for the year, ranging from the latest breakthrough products in television, stereos, to Smartphones and PDAs, and the accessories for them. At the show, Seidio proves itself to be the leader of accessories for Smartphone and PDAs, with its remarkably large variety of products to accommodate Smartphones of all kinds. They range from simple screen protectors, skins, and cases to technology encased products, such as Car Kits, and GPS Systems. Seidio’s booth maintained busy throughout the days, with journalists from Mytreo.net, TreoCentral.com, GPSPassion, and others passing by to inquire about the upcoming new releases. Many CES attendees also showed off the Seidio products they were using at the time, pulling off holsters and displaying them for our staff to see.

The CES, being such a large show, took place in the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Sands Expo, and parts of the Venetian Hotel. Seidio’s reputation and influence secured its position in the main building, at the Convention Center keeping the booth in the midst of all the action. Seidio will be at the next CES in 2008.
