REQUEST FORM
Requests
for refunds will only be accepted within 14 days of the original
Ship Date. International Customers have 30 days from the original
Ship Date.
Requests
for repairs will only be accepted within the warranty period. Seidioonline
offers a 180 day limited warranty on all items with the exception of
any products with retractable cables or cords (90 day limited warranty)
and otherwise specified products. Any other exceptions will be in product
description.
If you
have items missing from your shipment, received the wrong items, or
your package was lost/damaged during transit, please contact Seidioonline
within 48 hrs of receipt/notice.
We
will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you
a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) with detailed
instructions on returning a product, if approved. The RMA# will
only be valid for 7 days. Please mark this RMA# on the outside
of your return package and mail the package within this 7 day
period. We will also specify the address you should direct your
return package to in the email. Please be aware that your return
will not be processed if you direct your return package to Seidio's
warehouse or without a valid RMA# marked on the return package,
as the return center is only given notification of the RMA#s and
no names or order numbers will be given to them.

All
Software, Flash Memory Cards, Bluetooth Headset, Gift Certificates, Clearance Items, Applied Discounts,
Custom Duties and Taxes, and Shipping and Handling Fees are NON-
REFUNDABLE.
The product(s) for return must be in new condition in the original
packaging with no missing parts (components, user manual, ect.).
A 15% restocking charge may be applied if the original heat sealed
or shrink wrapped packaging is opened.
Refunds for items purchased with Gift Certificates will be issued
in the form of store credits.
